Pirate Security Conference 2026
Security Policy in an Era of Disruption
13. – 15.02.2026 in Munich
There is a lot to talk about ….
Together we are going to explore the disruptive potential of drones, from emerging threats to opportunities in defense and civil protection. We will address economic resilience, examining how states and industries can withstand strategic shocks and maintain critical supply chains. European military security will be discussed in the context of alliance cohesion, capability development, and geopolitical pressures. Finally, we will analyize how democratic systems can remain resilient in the face of disinformation, polarization, and hybrid threats.

Europe at War
The Russo-Ukraine conflict is long past being a bilateral war. Russias rheotoric indicates that an escalation is looming in the shadows, which will challenge Europe as a free, prosperous and democratic continent.

New Technologies for Hybrid Warfare
Attacks on our infrastructure are omnipresent— not only on land, at sea, and in the air, but also in cyberspace and on social media. How new technologies create new vulnerabilities and how we can protect ourselves against them.

Democratic Resilience
Democracy is not only the core principal of our european values, but the very first line of defence for disinformation campaigns and asymerical warfare.
“Security policy in an era of disruption demands not prediction, but preparedness: the ability to adapt faster than the threats that challenge us.”
